| Mens Social - Monday Eve. |
| This event is offered on Monday evenings and depending on the number of registrations can be 6pm weekly or cycle through the following time slots: 5:30PM, 7:30PM, & 9:30PM. It is open to all full time, intermediate and junior men. The teams are made up by the convener with 3 draws of round robin play and teams are changed at the beginning of each draw. This event begins on Monday October 18th. |
| Ladies Competitive - Monday Eve. |
| This event is offered on Monday evenings and depending on the number of registrations can be 8PM weekly or cycle through the following time slots: 5:30PM, 7:30PM, & 9:30PM and is open to all full time, intermediate women. Participants form their own teams and must enter the names of all team members on the registration form. A team is not entered until all team members’ entries have been received. This event has been capped at 14 teams which begins on Monday October 18th. |
| Mens Competitive - Tues. & Wed. Eve. |
| This event to teams that cycle through the following time slots: Tuesday at 6PM & 10PM and Wednesday at 6PM, 8PM, & 10PM. Participants form their own teams and must enter the names of all team members on the registration form. A team is not entered until all team members’ entries have been received. Teams are seeded in flights based on past performance. Teams not fully entered by the deadline risk losing a spot in this event, or being seeded lower than they deserve. Each team will pay an agreed upon fee, which is used for prize money at the end of each draw. This fee is due the first night of play.
This event begins Tuesday October 12th and Wednesday October 13th. |

| This event is offered Tuesday evenings at 8PM, and is open to all full time and intermediate women. Teams are made up by the convener. There are 3 draws of round robin play and teams are changed at the beginning of each draw. This event begins Tuesday October 19th |
| Tues am Ladies Social - 9am |
| This event is offered Tuesday mornings at 9AM for daytime and full time members. Babysitting will be provided if needed as in past years. This event starts Tuesday October 19th. |
| Tuesday Daytime Mixed Social - 11am |
| This event is offered Tuesday mornings at 11AM for daytime and full time members. Babysitting will be provided if needed as in past years. This event starts Tuesday October 19th.

| Senior Men |
| This event is for those members age 55 and over, and is held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 1PM. Teams are drawn each day. This group pays the daytime rate and it is also open to full time curlers who qualify. Additional (voluntary) charges may be levied for any in-house bonspiels or Southwestern Ontario Senior Mens Tier 55, Tier 60 or Tier 70 events in which you participate. This event begins Tuesday October 12th and Thursday October 14th. |
| Wed. Daytime Mixed - 12pm & 2pm |
| This event is open to daytime and full time members, and is held on each Wednesday at 12PM & 2PM. There are 3 draws of 7 games per draw and teams are changed at the beginning of each draw. The first day for this event is Wednesday October 13th. PLEASE INDICATE WHICH DRAW YOU PREFER in the comment box. |
| Thurs. am Ladies Skips Choice - 9:15am |
| This event is open to female members who have a full time, intermediate, or daytime membership. It is offered Thursday mornings at 9:15AM. Participants form their own teams and must enter the names of all team members on the registration form. A team is not entered until all team members’ entries have been received. This type of curling affords an opportunity to establish rinks for bonspiels and OCA competitions. There is a 10-team maximum. This event begins Thursday, October 14th. |
| Thursday Mixed Social |
| This event is offered Thursday evenings and cycles through the following time slots: 5:30PM, 7:30PM, & 9:30PM. This event is open to all full time and intermediate members. The convener uses guidelines established by the executive to make up teams. These guidelines attempt to mix the curlers as much as possible during the season (spouses on the same draws, but not on the same teams). Teams must have men and women playing alternate positions if possible and spares should be of the same gender as the person being replaced. There are 3 draws of round robin play and teams are changed at the beginning of each draw. This event begins Thursday October 21st. |
| Thursday Skips Choice |
| This event is offered Thursday evenings (16 teams) and cycles through the following time slots: 5:30PM, 7:30PM, & 9:30PM. This event is open to all full time and intermediate members. Participants form their own teams and must enter the names of all team members on the registration form. A team is not entered until all team members’ entries have been received.
The following items govern acceptance of teams for this event:
1) If at least 3 people remain together on a team, then they will be accepted for the following season.
2) If a team wishes to switch nights, they will be considered a new team if the draw is full.
3) Individuals on teams not successful in obtaining a spot in Skips Choice will have their names added to the social draw for that evening if space is available, unless contrary instructions are received.
4) May have between 4 to 6 members, and each team is required pay $100/team for the season for prizes awarded at the end of each draw.
5) This event begins Thursday October 21st. |
| Friday Mixed Social |
| This event is offered Friday evenings and cycles through the following time slots: 5:30PM, 7:30PM, & 9:30PM. This event is open to all full time and intermediate members. The convener uses guidelines established by the executive to make up teams. | Junior Competitive |
| This program is for junior curlers or teams who wish to compete competitively in OCA and out of club events. Certified coaches will work with the curlers/teams on technique, strategy and the development of competitive teams. This event is on Sunday from 11AM to 1PM, and starts on
Sunday, November 7th.

| Little Rockers |
| Little Rock curling takes place every Sunday from 1PM to 2:30PM. This event is for junior curlers 11 years of age and under. The start date for this event is Sunday November 7th. |
| Regular Juniors |
| Regular Junior curling takes place every Sunday from 2:30PM to 4:30PM. To be eligible, applicants must be at least 12 years of age as of Nov, 1, 2010 and not over 21 years of age as of July 1, 2010. Juniors may spare in evening events by indicating on the registration form, the event in which they would like to spare. Juniors wishing to curl full-time in an evening event must pay an Intermediate membership. Starting date is Sunday November 7th. Note: The decision to move the Little Rockers to the Junior program will be at the discretion of the Junior Executive. |
| Novice Clinic |
| The Novice Clinic will be held Saturday October 16th from 9:00am – 12:00pm - no cost (no meal provided). This clinic is recommended for curlers with less than 5 years experience. Topics will include equipment, scoring, rules, delivery, sweeping and basic strategy.
Refresher Clinics will be held at no charge during the year. This date to be announced at a future time.

| Advanced Clinic |
| The Advanced Clinic will be held on Sunday October 17th. This clinic is recommended for the more experienced curler with topics such as fault analysis, advanced strategy in addition to working on a more consistent delivery.
Clinic will run from 9AM until 2PM. A light lunch will be served. The fee the clinic is $8.00. The fee will be waived for juniors and new members who are new curlers. No refund will be made for late withdrawals.
Refresher Clinics will be held at no charge during the year. This date to be announced at a future time.

| Ladies Luncheon |
| Lady members are invited to a luncheon organized by the ladies section of the club on Tuesday October 12th (Contact is Lynn Baker 666-2747). In addition to the lunch, there will be fun and games for all. Please indicate your needs in regards to whether you are curling or just having lunch. There is $12 charge for this event. Please bring a non-perishable item or canned goods as a donation to the London and Area Food Bank. |
| Out of the Gate Spiel |
| The “Out of the Gate Spiel” is a social fun-type event where we renew acquaintances with friends we may not have seen since last season, and with muscles we have not used for the same period of time. The Spiel will be held on Friday October 15th starting at 6pm. There is a $10 fee to cover a light dinner. Contact Kathleen Bratti at 519-670-4346 for more info. |
| The 49ers (every other Monday) |
| Mixed curling for anyone 49 years of age or older is held every other Monday if the group wishes to use the time. Teams are formed each day by drawing for positions. After each end, the players rotate so that each person has a chance to play every position. Eight ends are played beginning at 10AM and a lunch is served at noon. The fee for entry in this event is decided by the group and is to cover lunch and other expenses they deem appropriate. In an effort to provide services to persons who may not otherwise have an opportunity to curl, we invite non-club members to this event. If you are aware of non-club members who may be interested, please submit their name(s) and they will be contacted. This event begins on Monday October 25th. |
